Resident/Occupant Lists
Reach virtually every household in the nation with a Mail Movers resident/occupant list. Our database is compiled from US Postal Service Records and US Census Bureau data. It includes every Street Address, Post Office Box, Rural Route Address and Star Route Address.
Our resident/occupant file is made up of more than 113,000,000 addresses throughout all 50 states, more than twice as complete as the next closest file. In fact, this database is so accurate and so complete, it was chosen by the US Bureau of the Census for both the 1980 and 1990 census. Labels are addressed to "Resident" instead of the name of the individual at that address, ensuring the highest deliverability.
Coding Accuracy Support System
CASS certification is a software solution that standardizes each mailing address on your list, and then adds such information as ZIP plus 4 and delivery point to allow barcodes to be printed in your address block.
Standardization is the process of removing extraneous information from an address and presenting the required information in a way that is optimal for the post office. This offers the reassurance that your mailing is more likely to reach its intended audience.
National Change of Address Service
It is estimated that between 10 and 25 percent of addresses on your mailing list will not be accurate a year from the time they were added. If you market to college students, the elderly or the military it could be more. What's worse is that you may never know your customer is gone.
