First Class Mail Consolidation
On a daily basis, Mail Movers will dispatch a driver to your facility to pick up all your first class mail and return it to our state-of-the-art facility where postal discount requirements are met by barcoding your mailing piece. The resulting savings are divided between you and Mail Movers.
Bulk Mail: Don't Let the Name Confuse You
Although we have titled this section bulk mailing, you can qualify for discounts with as few as 200 pieces. Standard presorted mail offers huge postage savings coupled with fast delivery. Whether you send your mailing standard presorted, presorted first class or priority; whether you are mailing postcards, letters or flats; we will find the discounts that work best for you.
Coding Accuracy Support System
CASS certification is a software solution that standardizes each mailing address on your list, and then adds such information as ZIP plus 4 and delivery point to allow barcodes to be printed in your address block.
Standardization is the process of removing extraneous information from an address and presenting the required information in a way that is optimal for the post office.
This offers the reassurance that your mailing is more likely to reach its intended audience.
National Change of Address Service
It is estimated that between 10 and 25 percent of addresses on your mailing list will not be accurate a year from the time they were added. If you market to college students, the elderly or the military it could be more. What's worse is that you may never know your customer is gone.
One solution to this ongoing problem is NCOA coding. Using software that interfaces with the Post Office's National Database of Address changes, you can meet this challenge head on. Make sure the person on the address label is the person receiving your offer.
